General Motors Corp. issues its third major recall in five day, announcing Feb. 10 that certain ’97-’04 Corvettes have faulty electronic steering columns. The recall affects about 127,000 Corvettes worldwide. The recalled vehicles may have electronic power-steering columns that fail to unlock when the driver starts the engine.
