Ford Motor Co. executives say the furor has died down over the automaker's controversial Blue Oval dealer certification program.

Dealers had dissed Blue Oval, saying that, despite some of its finer points aimed at improving customer satisfaction, it's a way for the company to exert greater control over the dealership networks.

But Ford executives say they've fine-tuned Blue Oval, and that the vast majority of dealers are advocates — as well as participants — in the program.

The Question of the Month is:

Are Ford dealers satisfied with Blue Oval?
