Auto supplier Hyundai Mobis Co. is acquiring a 1.7% stake in Hyundai Motor Co. Ltd. from Mitsubishi Motors Corp. The stake is reportedly worth 138 billion won ($111.2 million) and will increase Hyundai Mobis’ stake in the auto maker – its affiliate and largest customer – to 13.2%. Mitsubishi says it will make ¥14 billion ($117.7 million) from the sale.
