NEW DELHI – Adding another chapter to their convoluted history, India's Maruti Udyog Ltd. buys parent company Suzuki Motor Corp.'s 30% stake in Maruti Suzuki Automobile India Ltd., a subsidiary set up to produce new passenger cars.
