Expect bankrupt Chrysler LLC to announce Monday it has finalized a deal that will transfer its primary assets to Fiat Auto Group, Ward’s is told.

A statement was expected today after Chrysler Chairman and CEO Robert Nardelli told bankruptcy court proceedings in New York that an agreement with Fiat was imminent.
