New Vehicle Emissions Targets Costly, But Doable

Auto makers can reach a strict new emissions and fuel-economy standard proposed today by President Obama with existing technology, and although some additional costs will be passed onto consumers, they’ll recoup those dollars by spending less on gasoline, experts say.
