LINCOLN, AL – The newly inaugurated Honda Motor Co. Ltd. assembly plant in Lincoln, AL, will be installing several new features on the ’02 Odyssey minivans it has begun assembling – most notably an overhauled powerplant and the first factory-installed rear-DVD system in a minivan. The vehicle will continue to be built at Honda’s Alliston, Ont., plant, but the bulk of Odyssey production – 150,000 units -- will be shifted to this new plant within the year.
