CANBERRA – Holidays and record-high fuel prices saw Australia’s new-vehicle sales plunge 10.2% in April to 68,650 units, leaving year-to-date deliveries down 3.4% at 303,255.
Daily sales of 3,120 new vehicles dipped 4.8% from a daily selling rate of 3,277 units in March.
