New Ferrari will feature front-mounted V-12, dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive.
Ferrari Group Automobiles SpA releases the first photos of the new FF that will replace its Scaglietti 612 model.
To be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show March 1, the new model is a 2-door hatchback design with 2+2 seating that is being met with mixed reaction. The FF is the first Ferrari to feature a rear hatch.
Complete technical details have not been released, but the car will feature a front-mounted V-12 engine, dual-clutch transmission, ceramic brakes and all-wheel drive.
A hybrid powertrain using one or two electric motors to drive the front wheels has been rumored but remains unconfirmed.
