MADRID – SEAT SA CEO James Muir, on the job since Sept. 1, recently warned he was unhappy with the performance of the auto maker’s white-collar workforce.
“We need to build a winning team,” he said.
Earlier this week, he made a move in that direction, as SEAT announced plans to trim 330 management jobs –mainly director and supervisor positions.
