Subaru Beefs Up ’10 Legacy, Outback Models

DETROIT – Subaru of America Inc. is bringing to market larger, next-generation Legacy and Outback models in response to consumer complaints that both were too small.

Both vehicles for years have been considered Subaru’s midsize sedan and wagon entrants in the U.S., but the auto maker now concedes neither was a true midsize car.
