Thai Vehicle Output Slips in August

Thailand’s vehicle production in August declined 5.3% from year-ago to 103,737 units – the first time output has fallen this year, the Bangkok Post newspaper reports.

Production for the domestic market dived 31.9% to 34,110 units, while output for export rose 17.2% to 69,627.
