VIENNA – Production of the next-generation Fiat Doblo is under way at the Tofas Turk Otomobil Fabrikasi A.S. plant in Bursa, Turkey, a joint venture controlled by Fiat Automobiles SpA and Turkish-based Koc Holding A.S.
