Toyota Motor Corp. is calling back 34,437 ’04 Sienna minivans due to a faulty fuel tank that could leak, possibly causing a fire. The National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. says a Sienna fuel tank was damaged during crash testing by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. Toyota says no accidents or injuries have been reported relating to the problem. It reportedly has been making a new fuel tank since it became aware of the issue last month.
