VIENNA – Volkswagen AG will move its Arctic testing operations from Rovaniemi in northern Finland to Sorsele, in Swedish Lapland, says the Invest in Sweden Agency (ISA). Sorsele is close to Arjeplog, the “capital” of Sweden’s winter auto testing industry.
