WardsAuto.com took a first place national award in the Members-Only/Subscribers-Only Website category, securing the ASBPEâ€™s Gold prize for the second-straight year.
Wardâ€™s Dealer Business magazine won a Gold national award in the Regular Staff-Written Column, as Editor Steve Finlay was cited for a pair of commentaries: â€śBrand Loyalists Are Rare Breedâ€ť that appeared in the July 2007 issue and â€śThe Alan Mulally Book Clubâ€ť published in the December 2007 issue.
Wardâ€™s Dealer Business also won a Silver regional award for an editorial category for two Finlay columns:â€ťWho Deserves Credit?â€ť (January 2007) and â€śDealers a Loyal Bunchâ€ť (March 2007).
Wardâ€™s AutoWorld won a national Silver award in the Editorial/Editorâ€™s Letter/editorial category for â€śThe Big Lie,â€ť a commentary from Editor Drew Winter that ran in the July 2007 issue.
Founded in 1964, the ASBPE is a professional association for full-time and freelance editors and writers employed in the business, trade and specialty press. Its annual awards competition attracts more than 1,000 entries.
