Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. reportedly settles its lawsuit in federal court in Detroit against Audi AG over its use of a “Q” model designation. Nissan alleged the German auto maker did not have the right to use the designation in its upcoming '06 Q7 SUV because the letter has been frequently used by Nissan to identify its vehicles.
