Collapsed Australian car-parts group Ion Automotive Systems Pty. Ltd. signs a contract to sell its automotive transmission manufacturing facility in Albury, New South Wales, to Powertrain Products International Pty. Ltd. (PPI) for A$48 million ($36 million).
