Chrysler Names Two to Design Posts

Brandon Faurote and Joseph Dehner will take over for two longtime Chrysler designers on the verge of retirement.

Chrysler Group elevates two designers to vice president positions within the Product Design Office to fill about-to-be-vacated posts.

Brandon Faurote will take over as vice president-advance exterior and interior design on July 1, replacing Thomas Tremont, who will retire on June 30 after 35 years with the auto maker. Faurote, most recently head of Exterior and Interior Design Studio No.2, will be responsible for the concept, design and refinement of Chrysler Group premium, small and family vehicle designs, reporting to Trevor Creed, senior vice president-design.

Joseph Dehner is named vice president-small, premium and family vehicle design effective June 1. Previously head of truck exterior and interior design, Dehner replaces David McKinnon, who will retire May 31 after nearly 40 years with the auto maker. Dehner also will report directly to Creed.
