Mitsubishi Motors Corp. sells 22% of its 42% stake in heavy-truck maker Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corp. to DaimlerChrysler AG. The deal is valued at ¥52 billion ($480.3 million). DaimlerChrysler now holds a 65% stake in Mitsubishi Fuso, while Mitsubishi Motors has a 20% stake. Other Mitsubishi Group companies control the remaining 15%, which remains unchanged.
