Pierre Gagnon reportedly is out as president and chief operating officer of Visionary Vehicles LLC. Gagnon in March joined the startup auto maker, which plans to import Chinese-built Chery Automobile Co. vehicles to the U.S. by January 2007. He says he resigned because he was disappointed CEO Malcolm Bricklin decided to make the company's sales and distribution arm in New York and not Southern California.
