NIZHNIY NOVGOROD, Russia – Despite the war in Iraq, OAO GAZ, Russia’s second-largest vehicle maker, is continuing the production of Volga 3110 cars destined for Iraq, GAZ General Manager Alexey Barantsev tells a gathering of journalists here.
