Allan Gilmour, former vice chairman of Ford Motor Co., reportedly will come out of retirement soon to replace Martin Inglis as chief financial officer. Gilmour retired from the auto maker in 1994 after 34 years of service. Inglis, who is expected to remain at Ford, has been criticized by analysts for Ford’s recent unprofitable quarters.
