Honda Motor Co. Ltd. recalls 4,635 Mobilio-model minivans in Japan due to a possible seatbelt problem. Honda launched the Mobilio on Dec. 21 and has built 10,000 units in the last two months. Sales have totaled 5,082, including 4,635 that currently are on the road. The rest are still on dealer lots. Honda hopes to sell 5,000 Mobilios per month.
