Hyundai Motor Co. Ltd. union members agree on a new wage plan proposed by the auto maker, after previously rejecting an earlier plan. A bonus payment that workers were demanding as a result of Hyundai’s recent record-breaking sales was a sticking point in the negotiations. Hyundai gave in to demands and will give workers a lump sum bonus payment in December that is three times their monthly salary, reports indicate.
