Infiniti Dealership Opens in St. Petersburg

Russian Infiniti sales were launched last fall, with 729 vehicles sold by the end of 2006.

VIENNA – Avtoprodix, one of three Russian Infiniti dealers, opens St. Petersburg’s first Infiniti dealership.

Modelled in accordance with the Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative, the dealership has an 8,611 sq.-ft. (800 sq.-m) showroom and 6,997 sq.-ft. (650 sq.-m) service zone. The staff of more than 50 employees is expected to increase to 80 in the near future.

Russian Infiniti sales were launched last fall, with 729 vehicles sold by the end of 2006. Two other Infiniti dealerships are located in Moscow.

Currently, the Infiniti FX cross/utility vehicle and M sedan are offered in Russia. The G35 sedan will be added this spring, while the QX56 SUV will reach Russian dealerships before the end of the year.

Russia is the first Infiniti market in Europe. The brand will be launched in Ukraine this November.
