Iran Khodro Co., Iran’s biggest vehicle maker, introduces a system to receive comments from employees regarding the auto maker’s policies.
Behzad Abolalaie, the company’s deputy managing director-planning and human resources, says the aim is to promote collective efforts, improve worker relations, upgrade production stages and improve organizational skills and mental growth.
This step may be a part of Iran Khodro’s reaction to critical voices in Iran that are demanding a change in management behavior and the use of modern management methods.
Iran Khodro makes the country’s national cars, the Paykan and Samand, plus the Peugeot 206 and 405 in cooperation withPeugeot Citroen. It also produces or assembles commercial vehicles in cooperation with DaimlerChrysler AG, Motor Co. Ltd., MAN AG and Ssangyong Motor Co. Ltd.
