The futuristic KCD-II SUV is the second concept vehicle to be designed by Kia’s California design center.

The rugged, body-on-frame vehicle features three rows of seats and dual full-length sunroofs.

The concept has a 116-in. (294.6-cm) wheelbase and measures 192 ins. (487.7 cm) long overall, 75 ins. (190.7 cm) high and 77.6 ins. (197.4 cm) wide.

“Our California design team has developed a forward-looking vehicle with styling elements that may be reflected in our new vehicles.”

The KCD-II will be shown at Detroit along with Kia’s all-new 4-door Rio compact sedan. (See related story: Kia Releases Sketch on Redesigned Rio)
