Navistar International Corp. reaches a tentative contract agreement with United Auto Workers union members. The 5-year pact, which faces a vote Nov. 3, will cover almost 7,100 Navistar workers in the U.S. Workers were operating under a day-to-day agreement since their contract expired Oct. 1.
