Purchasing one of the world's more prestigious sport-utility vehicle just became easier in the eastern Los Angeles area with the opening of Land Rover Riverside, one of the newest Land Rover retail outlets in the U.S.
Land Rover Riverside is one of 132 U.S.-based Land Rover retail outlets and is the 90th of Land Rover's critically acclaimed, exclusive facilities known as Centres.
Land Rover Riverside will market Land Rover's British-built Range Rover and Discovery Series II four-wheel drive vehicles, along with Certified Pre-Owned Land Rovers.
The retailer will also begin selling Land Rover's Freelander model, a small, premium sport-utility vehicle, when it becomes available in the U.S. for the first time later this year. Freelander is currently Europe's best-selling small sport-utility vehicle.
Tom Lokovic, Land Rover Riverside's centre manager, says, "Land Rover Centres offer much more than the typical sport-utility purchase and ownership experience."
Land Rover Riverside is located at 3070 Adams Avenue in Riverside. The new Land Rover Centre's two-acre property includes a 12,000-square-foot showroom and service facility and a special off-road demonstration course that is designed to let potential customers experience the off-road capabilities of Land Rover's four-wheel drive vehicles.
All Land Rover Centres are built to resemble ski lodges or hunt clubs, and are designed to convey the deep sense of outdoor adventure that's offered by the Land Rover lifestyle.
The Land Rover Riverside staff includes Mr. Lokovic as well as two parts representatives, a service writer, two technicians, two administrative personnel and two sales guides. All staff members are sport-utility experts and four-wheel drive enthusiasts who have undergone extensive training to understand Land Rover's products, values and half-century company history.
Every Land Rover Centre offers new and certified pre-owned Land Rovers as well as accessories that complement these vehicles.
For instance the Land Rover Vehicle Kit is a collection of fit-for-purpose accessories such as brush bars, roof racks and alloy wheels that have been engineered specifically for Land Rover vehicles.
Also available is Land Rover Gear, a line of merchandise that includes travel and business accessories, and clothing for men, women and children.
Land Rover Riverside customers and their familes can attend special, owner-exclusive off-road driving days which are sponsored by the retailer. Land Rover Riverside will offer up to four such events per year.
All Land Rover owners also receive complimentary copies of the "Land Rover Journal" as well as invitations to participate in off-road driving instruction courses held year-round at Land Rover's two U.S.-based driving schools. Land Rover owners are also invited to take part in life-changing off-road expeditions called Land Rover Adventures, off-road travel opportunities.
These exclusive travel vacations, hosted by Land Rover, take owners and their families to dramatic and beautiful destinations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and South America.
Land Rover Riverside is the 18th California-based Land Rover retailer and the fifth such facility that serves the Los Angeles area.
