Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. continues to surge, recording year-over-year gains in domestic production, domestic sales and exports from Japan. Led by strong demand for the Fairlady Z (350Z in North America), November’s domestic production was up 10.2% over year-ago. The March and Cube contributed to a 7.9% hike in sales. Meanwhile, the auto maker’s exports from Japan rose 20.4%.
