Malaysia’s Business Times newspaper says it has learned Porsche importer and distributor Jaseri Automotive Group Sdn Bhd will be replaced by a subsidiary of Sime Darby Bhd, which handles such brands as BMW, Hyundai, Land Rover, Alfa Romeo and Ford.
