French auto maker Renault SA and Japanese partner Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. will build a spare-parts warehouse together in Gyor, Hungary. The warehouse, slated to open by the end of 2004, will deliver parts for Renault to Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, and for Nissan to Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia. Renault will close regional warehouses in Austria following the opening of the Hungarian operation, the auto maker says.
