Resource Automotive Inc. a unit of The Warranty Group Inc. launches, a consumer service website designed to assist vehicle service contract customers with mechanical repair claims and other issues.

The secure site allows customers to view their claim history and deductible information and offers a PDF format of the actual service contract agreement, available on a 24/7 basis. Customers have the ability to locate the nearest authorized repair facility using an integrated mapping application.

“Our customers now have the advantage of going online any time of day or night to access their information, including terms and conditions of the service contract, when their contract expires and assistance in finding a facility to have their vehicle repaired,” says Sophocles Karapas, executive vice president-North American Automotive Operations.

“With the addition of, we've greatly expanded our customer service capabilities,” Karapas says.

Customers can register their agreements with a username and password to gain immediate access to their information. n
