Russia vehicle sales totaled 202,422 units for November 2010, up 77.3% vs. November 2009. This increase is a result of a very successful scrappage system and the recovery of Russia’s economy. November 2010 vehicle sales increased 0.3% compared with October 2010 sales. 2010 sales through November totaled 1,802,884. This was up 28.1% over the same period in 2009.
