Honda uses City to grab buyers in sub-Sahara LAGOS, Nigeria — Honda Motor Co. Ltd. hopes to attract low- and middle-class buyers in sub-Saharan Africa with its popular City car, which was launched here in early November. The City debuted in two variants, 1.5 Exi and 1.3 Lxi. The new City is manufactured in Honda's plant in Thailand.
