TAIPEI – Auto makers here are welcoming the news of a planned new production line by Taiwan's largest steel maker, China Steel Corp. CSC says it is actively working on a plan to set up a third cold-rolling production line with an annual capacity of 1.7 tons (1.5 million t) of steel plate.
