UK-based T&N plc buys 94% of piston manufacturer Sylicum SA. The company, located in Tortuguitas, Argentina, will be integrated into the T&N Piston Products Group and serve the Brazil and Argentina markets.
Within 12 months AE Goetze's latest piston-manufacturing technology will be installed in the facility, making hightech, lightweight pistons available for the first time in the region, say company sources.
