David Wilkie has been named design director of Italian design house Stile Bertone SpA in Turin. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1958, Wilkie studied at the Royal College of Art in London, achieving a masters degree in design. After beginning his career with PSA Peugeot Citroen, he moved on to Ghia SpA and in 2003 joined Stile Bertone as interior design director. Wilke was best known at Ghia for his design of the Streetka, a sports convertible version of Ford of Europe’s Ka minicar. ...
