MILAN, June 11 (Reuters) - Paolo Fresco, the chairman of Fiat who has also taken on the role of CEO after Paolo Cantarella resigned, is a U.S.-style dealmaker with the ruthless streak the struggling carmaker needs to stem its crisis, analysts said on Tuesday.
