LAGOS, Oct 3 (Reuters) - Nigeria's ASD Motors Ltd has offered $31.97 million for a 54.87 percent stake in Peugeot Automobile Nigeria (PAN) Ltd, a privatisation official said at an auction on Tuesday.
ASD Motors was named preferred bidder for the car assembly plant located in the northern city of Kaduna ahead of rival suitor Techno Pipe Services Ltd.
