TOKYO, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Japan's Nikkei average is expected to rise on Tuesday after speculation that the Federal Reserve will signal potential steps to boost the sluggish economic recovery led to gains on Wall Street.
Moves by central banks are a main focus on Tuesday, with the Fed expected to release a statement at 1815 GMT, while the Bank of Japan is expected to stand pat on policy at a two-day review that ends on Tuesday.
