TOKYO, Jan 8 (Reuters) - Nippon Steel Corp President Akio Mimura will step down to become chairman on April 1 and Vice President Shoji Muneoka will take the helm of the world's second-biggest steelmaker, the Nikkei daily reported on Tuesday.
Nippon Steel issued a statement saying no decision on a management reshuffle had been made.
