Nissan Diesel to buy back Y27 bln preferred shares

TOKYO, May 31 (Reuters) - Japanese truck maker Nissan Diesel Motor Co. Ltd. said on Tuesday it aims to buy back and cancel up to 27 billion yen ($250.1 million) worth of its preferred shares. It will also cut its capital by 20 billion yen to 45.8 billion yen. ($1=107.94 yen)
