TOKYO, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Japanese truck maker Nissan Diesel Motor Co.'s pretax profit for this business year will likely exceed its own estimate by 13 percent thanks to strong truck sales, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported on Friday.
