TOKYO, Nov 22 (Reuters) - Nissan Motor Co. will deliver its promise of selling 3.6 million vehicles in the year to next September, its top sales official said on Monday, brushing aside concerns that the target may not be achieved. Under its "Nissan 180" business plan drawn up three years ago, Japan's second-biggest car maker has said it would sell 1 million more vehicles globally during the 12-month period compared with 2001 levels as one of three commitments to deliver profitable growth. ...
