Nissan to make its first hybrid car in Tennessee

DETROIT, June 17 (Reuters) - Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. on Friday said it will build its first hybrid car, a gas-electric version of the Altima, at its assembly plant in Smyrna, Tennessee, beginning next year.
