STOCKHOLM, Nov 30 (Reuters) - The board of directors of truckmaker Scania has held no recent talks on a counterbid for German rival MAN , a spokesperson for the board said on Thursday. "This has not been a topic of discussions lately and there are no decisions of a counterbid or anything similar on the Scania board," board member Peggy Bruzelius told Reuters, acting as spokesperson for the rest of the directors.
