Nokian Renkaat negotiates on plant in Kazakhstan

HELSINKI, Aug 24 (Reuters) - Finnish tyre maker Nokian Renkaat said on Friday it was negotiating a factory project in Kazakhstan, and aimed to finalise the negotiations this year.

The company said further details were confidential.
