CHICAGO, May 17 (Reuters) - About one-third of auto parts suppliers in North America are in financial distress, according to a study released on Thursday by industry consultants BBK. The study also found that about 22 percent of the largest auto parts suppliers could fall into significant financial distress in the next year, making it critical that automakers and top suppliers keep close tabs on their suppliers.
